Description:

The microfiber cleanroom wipers was continuous weaved with 75% of polyester and 25% of nylon, cleanroom wipers are sealed by laser cutting, and washed by EDI Ultra-pure water system in class 10 to 100 cleanroom to be vacuum packed. Processed with APC testing, cutting edge microscope test, LPC  testing and cleanliness tst. and also measured with content of ion and metal, try to strictly control and track quality for each batch.

Features:1) Softness: the diameter of microfiber is very small (0.11μm), with little tensile strength and soft material, without any damage to surface of wiped products.2) Cleanness: with small diameter, large surface area, good coverness and fluffy property, constantly contact with containment, and has possibility of particle permeate increasingly, so it has good cleaning ability3) Absorption and dryness: with capillarity effect, can quickly adsorb and dry, has the best wiper capability4) Abrasion resistance: with high strength synthetic fiber, it's not easy to break up. the fiber will not fall from the wipe, has no contamination for the clean area5) Laser cutting: with unique cut melting effect, completely solve the dust on sealed edge, furthest improve the quality of products. It is the most advanced way in cutting sealed edge.
